I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Sai Residency in Mumbai, and my experience was utterly disappointing. For a price, I expected basic amenities and cleanliness, but the hotel fell short in every aspect. *Issues:* - Rooms were extremely small, contrary to the stretched photos on the website. - Rooms had a persistent stench. - Towels were torn and worn out. - Cheap soap was provided. - Basic amenities like water glasses were missing from the room. *Value for Money:* Paying for this stay was a rip-off. One of the very very worst hotel. Insects and cockroaches were roaming every where even on bed as well. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
